Passionate about empowering communities, Siddharth sees technology as a powerful enabler and is constantly exploring its next frontier.

He has launched breakthrough products in retail and fintech, and as a co-leader of global investments at Alter Global—a Silicon Valley-based VC—has backed role-model founders across LATAM, MENA, Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. His focus spans health, education, logistics, commerce, and finance. Previously, at Orios Venture Partners, he gained deep insights into the Indian startup landscape. He also played a pivotal role in driving UPI adoption through a USAID initiative with the Government of India, and earlier, helped shape Snapdeal’s consumer tech offerings.

Now a Principal at Lightbox, Siddharth helps shape the firm’s investment strategy and supports portfolio growth through capital, strategic guidance, and industry engagement. He leads deal sourcing, diligence, and negotiation, and mentors founders on scaling with tech and data-driven insights.

A BITS Pilani graduate, Siddharth is driven by a give-first mindset and collaborative leadership. Outside of work, he’s an Ironman 70.3 finisher and a fan of extreme adventure sports.
